Planing, moulding, finger jointing, gluing, drilling, cross cutt, machining with CNC milling machine, and even assembling if requested. Grouazel puts its 2nd transformation unit of 4500 m² at your disposition. We are able to answer to most of your requirements, even for small quantities.
Staircases components, 3-plies laminated beams, laminated tablets or sun shields, door frames, furnitures components... are only samples of the range we can offer.
To allow you to manufacture your parquet (wearlay) or indoor furnishing (doors, cabinet or cupboard...) Grouazel offers facing and siding material with thicknesses of 3/4/6/10 mm in oak and beech.
Our alternative saw is suitable to slice blanks in low thicknesses and might help flooring manufacturers. Feel free to ask for subcontracting slicing jobs, in temperate or tropical woods as well.

We offer a large range of timbers: White and brown oak, steamed beech, ash, sweet chestnut, and robinia.
Our standard thicknesses (27, 34 & 45 mm) combined with our usual lengths (400, 640, 900 & 1260 mm) ensure best prices and time scale. Need other thickness or other width? for a reasonalble quantity of 100 sqare meter, we can fulfill your requirement. On demand, we can also perform cross cut, drilling, moulding... Our 5 axle milling machine offers a lot of possibilities.
We can also wrap your work tops individually.
For furnitures or indoor furnishing, Grouazel produces 3 crossed plies pannels, in oak, chestnut ash or steamed beech.
The standard range is made of 2 sizes (1250x2005 mm and 1250 x2450 mm) in 4 different thicknesses: 20, 30, 37 and 45 mm.
Depending on the foreseen use, we give the choice between one or two clear face. (top in full length and reverse finger jointed, or both faces finger jointed)
This procduct is absolutely stable and is a great alternative to solid wood panels.

Equipped with two hot presses, Grouazel offers ability to manufacture your stair treads, stringers and newel posts in oak or steamed beech.
We carry out beech steaming by ourselves and care about color matching of the square timbers, in order to provide the best result.
